Refund Policy

My goal is that everyone who buys an Edne Scarf is happy with it. Please read the following to understand my returns and exchanges policy.
Edne Apparel Co. does not offer refunds, and all sales shall be considered final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable).
We will naturally replace a scarf if you receive it damaged or defective. We will also offer an exchange for the same or similar style if sizing is incorrect.
In order to exchange a Zip Scarf, EMAIL GREG to begin the process.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 43 St. Paul St. Toronto, ON, Canada M5A 3H2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
